How Do YOU Dream?

dreams

I’m doing some research for my next book and would like to know the following from you, dear reader:

How many days a week would you say you remember what you dreamed about?

Are your dreams detailed, or vague?

Do you have recurring dreams?

Do you have night terrors? (Different than nightmares. With night terrors you awake petrified, but do not remember what you were dreaming about and often see dark shapes in the room that you are scared of)

Do you sleepwalk?

Thank you for your responses!

I remember most of my dreams….not in total detail but I do remember. I do need
think about right when I make up. I think at least 5 days a week I do remember and review in the morning.

Are your dreams detailed, or vague?

    Usually a combination of both….

    Do you have recurring dreams?

    YES

No night terrors. I do wake up every now and then calling for help….

    Do you sleepwalk?

    No

4 or 5. It’s actually upsetting to me to wake up not knowing what l dreamed about.

Are your dreams detailed, or vague?
    Very detailed.

    Do you have recurring dreams?
Yes. Mostly when I’m trying to make big decisions. I meet with Freddie Mercury at a pie restaurant I used to go to all the time in Springfield and we talk about whatever it is I’m agonising over.

    Do you have night terrors?
Not anymore, thank God. The worst occurrences for this was in an extremely bad apartment during a very unhappy time in my life.

    Do you sleepwalk?
Yes, I do. It was particularly bad when I was a child, I’d often wake up in the back yard. Now it is only in times of extreme stress. I usually move small furniture or prepare food, if you can believe it. Mostly cereal or regular sandwiches, but I do make grilled cheese on occasion, which is terrifying because that means I’m using the stove. When l know the walking is bad, l put up barriers to stop me from wandering where I’m not supposed to.

Thank you for your responses Marietta! The part about Freddie Mercury cracked me up! Dreams are so nuts. I used to have night terrors often too. And like you, I was living in a bad apartment, and unhappy with things in life.
